Monitor everyone you care about from one simple view.
How to Access the Dashboard
The Guardian Dashboard is available to Family plan users ($19.99/year, billed yearly). You can access it in two ways:
- In the app: Open I'm Alive → Dashboard tab
- On the web: Visit imalive.co/dashboard and sign in
Important: How It Works
The dashboard shows people who have added you as their emergency contact. You cannot add people to monitor — they must add you.
This protects everyone's privacy. To monitor someone, ask them to:
- Download I'm Alive
- Set up their daily check-in
- Go to Contacts → Add Emergency Contact → enter YOUR email
Once they do this, their status appears on your dashboard.

Pending (Amber)
Haven't checked in yet, but it's before their scheduled time. No action needed.
Overdue (Red)
Past their check-in time and no response. Escalation alerts may be in progress.
Dashboard Features
Person Cards
Each person you monitor shown with their current status and last check-in time.
Check-In History
Green dots for each day they checked in. Quickly see patterns and gaps.
Activity Timeline
Recent check-ins, notes they added, and alert history.
Last Activity
When their phone was last active (if passive monitoring is enabled).
Alerts Tab
History of all escalation alerts — when they fired and how they resolved.
Multiple People
Monitor your whole family — Mum, Dad, Grandma — all in one view.
What To Do When You Get an Alert
Stage 3 Alert (2 hours overdue)
- Don't panic — they may be busy, napping, or phone on silent
- Try calling them
- Check the dashboard for activity signals
- If they check in, you'll get an "All Clear"
Stage 4 Alert (6 hours overdue — URGENT)
- Call them immediately
- If no answer: call a neighbour, family member, or local contact
- If still unreachable, consider calling emergency services:
